About the Platform

Find In Bihar operates an online marketplace that connects buyers with independent sellers of products from Bihar. Unless stated otherwise, the seller — not Find In Bihar — is the seller of record for each product and is responsible for the product, its description, pricing, packaging and dispatch.

Your account

You must provide accurate information when registering and keep your login credentials confidential. You are responsible for all activity under your account. You must be at least 18 years old, or use the Platform under the supervision of a parent or guardian.

Orders and pricing

• All prices are listed in Indian Rupees (INR) and include applicable taxes unless stated otherwise.
• An order is an offer to buy. It is accepted only when the seller confirms and dispatches the item.
• We may cancel an order due to pricing errors, stock issues, or suspected fraud, and will refund any amount already paid.

Cancellations, returns and refunds

Cancellations, returns and refunds are governed by our Return & Refund Policy and Shipping & Delivery Policy.

Acceptable use

You agree not to misuse the Platform, including by attempting unauthorised access, posting unlawful or infringing content, or interfering with its operation.

Limitation of liability

To the extent permitted by law, Find In Bihar is not liable for indirect or consequential losses arising from your use of the Platform or from transactions with sellers. Nothing in these terms limits liability that cannot be limited under applicable law.

Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of India, and the courts at Patna, Bihar have exclusive jurisdiction.
